GINA HILL – Board Treasurer
Gina’s professional employment history includes bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, accounts payable and a former position as a Company Controller. As the Board Treasurer, she reviews Powers Bookkeeping Service’s monthly financial reports for Placer Rep and oversees board functions related to financial data collection & money management and chairs the board’s Finance Committee.
In regard to her experience in the visual and performing arts, she has certificates in Technical Theater and Animation from Folsom Lake College, a make-up license from VIZIO Make-up Academy of Beverly Hills, and attended Orange Coast College to study TV/FILM. She has worked as a camera operator and camera graphics person for Garden Grove TV, where she produced and directed local commercials, but particularly loves her experiences in the theater from Props Master, Sound Design, Sound and Lighting Technician to Make-up & Hair artist to Wardrobe Assistant and Stage Management.
Currently, Gina is employed as a technician for Harris Center events and Folsom College productions, as well as employed by Placer Rep as a sound designer, stage manager and production technician, as well as the Supervising Education Facilitator for VAPA Academy of Colfax and VAPA Academy Programs Specialist. Her greatest hope is to pass along to the students her passion for life-long learning.
