Your privacy is important to us. The value of your private information is securely guarded. Information is never sold.
SHARING BY PERMISSION ONLY
Information is only shared with your permission, IF you approve release of your information to a third-party partner in advance of any planned information sharing.
SECURE
Your email info resides in a password protected application, the information is encrypted, and the storage drive containing the application is behind two firewalls in a secure network.
NO INUNDATION
It is our policy to send out mass distributions (such as event announcements) ideally a maximum of once per week. It is possible to receive a widely distributed email burst and an individual or smaller group communication, such as a ticket sales confirmation email or select group invitation to a reception, in the same week. But we make every effort not to inundate members of our mailing list, and only send email bursts when there is valuable news to broadly share. Again, your privacy and comfort are important to us.
OPT OUT
For your privacy, you may request your information to be removed from our email list at any time.
You may click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Constant Contact mail form.
For emails not from Constant Contact, simply reply to any email received from @placerrep.org with REMOVE ME in the subject line or email us (boxoffice@placerrep.org) from the email address you wish to have removed from our contact DB and stipulate in the email body that you wish to be removed from our email list.
